Job Summary
We are seeking to hire a Legal Counsel. The ideal candidate will ensure that the company’s interests are protected in all legal issues. You will also prepare/review all legal documents between the Company and clients, customers, vendors, partners, etc and work with external solicitors to ensure prompt and satisfactory delivery on matters outsourced to external solicitors.
- Minimum Qualification : Degree
- Experience Level : Mid level
- Experience Length : 5 years
Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Draft and/or review all contracts involving the Company to ensure that the terms are acceptable and favorable to the Company.
- Ensure that all business instruments and executed contracts involving the company are properly kept.
- Relating with and assisting external solicitors in handling matters for the company
- Relating with the regulatory authorities and filing returns where necessary
- Ensuring legal and other regulatory compliance
- Legal advisory services
- Prepare/review all legal documents between the Company and clients, customers, vendors, partners, etc
- Work with external solicitors to ensure prompt and satisfactory delivery on matters outsourced to external solicitors.
Requirements:
- Degree in Law
- 5 years of proven work experience
