Requirements:

  • Bachelor of Laws (LLB) and a call to the bar.
  • 1 year of legal practice with knowledge of corporate law.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in legal drafting and interpretation.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication abilities.
