Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Finance, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in loan sales, financial services, or a related role.
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills with a results-driven approach.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage potential clients effectively.
  • Knowledge of lending policies, financial regulations, and credit assessment processes.
  • Ability to work independently and meet targets under minimal supervision.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Experience in online and offline marketing techniques to generate leads.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive financial information professionally.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings, networking events, and marketing activities.
