Requirements:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage potential clients effectively.
- Knowledge of lending policies, financial regulations, and credit assessment processes.
- Ability to work independently and meet targets under minimal supervision.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Experience in online and offline marketing techniques to generate leads.
