We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Logistics Officer to oversee our day-to-day truck planning and loading operations. The successful candidate will work closely with ground staff to ensure efficient logistics processes and maintain material balance. This role requires proficiency in logistics- related SAP entries within our ERP software and a strong understanding of local logistics business operations.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Plan and coordinate daily truck schedules to optimize logistics operations.
- Control loading operations in collaboration with ground staff to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
- Ensure minimal turnaround time for trucks to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs.
- Enter logistics-related data into the SAP ERP system, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company standards.
- Monitor stock movements and maintain material balance to prevent discrepancies.
- Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to facilitate smooth logistics operations.
- Manage logistics operations 24/7, providing support and guidance to the ground team as needed.
- Stay informed about local logistics trends and best practices to enhance operational efficiency.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree (non-negotiable).
- Proven experience in logistics or supply chain management.
- Strong knowledge of logistics operations and local market dynamics.
- Proficiency in SAP or similar ERP software for logistics management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
