The Lounge Manager is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the VIP Lounge at the Mallam Aminu Kano International Airport in order to meet the business requirements and guest satisfaction.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Ensure smooth day-to-day running of the lounge.
- Liaise with FAAN and ensure the lounge is up to date with any requirements or compliance.
- Continually bring added value to the lounge through innovation and pro-activeness.
- Send daily financial reports using the Microsoft Suite
- Report staff performance to the Human Resources Department
- Resolve complaints from customers
- Oversee expenditures and sales
- Ensure all staff are effectively executing their roles
- Work with the HR department to perform staff performance evaluations.
Requirements:
- 3 years experience
- Degree in a related field
