Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Maintenance Manager to oversee and optimize the operations of our aircraft maintenance department. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring productivity, compliance, safety, and customer satisfaction across all maintenance activities. This role requires a strong leader with a solid background in aviation maintenance, team management, and process improvement.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop the maintenance team, including engineers and supervisors, by conducting performance reviews, initiating training, and ensuring workforce productivity.
- Plan and schedule aircraft maintenance to minimize downtime and improve efficiency.
- Manage daily operations of the maintenance department, including job allocations, overtime control, quote approvals, and customer communications.
- Ensure high-quality service delivery by adhering to safety, tool control, and job completion standards.
- Maintain optimal departmental capabilities by ensuring adequate training, tooling, and compliance with all regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with production, engineering, and supply chain teams to resolve job stoppers and improve turnaround times.
- Improve customer satisfaction through proactive engagement, timely feedback, and post-maintenance reviews.
- Monitor and manage departmental financial performance including revenue targets, job margins, and cost control.
- Evaluate and improve maintenance processes for increased efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Ensure proper coordination with relevant stakeholders and provide regular progress reports.
Requirements:
- Relevant Aircraft Maintenance Engineering (AME) licenses
- Relevant Managerial or Business Management qualification (preferred)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Minimum of 5 years as a Manager in the Aircraft/Aviation industry
- Minimum of 5 years as a Qualified Aircraft Maintenance Engineer (Airframe)
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Strategic thinking and planning
- Attention to detail and structured problem-solving
- Familiarity with aircraft maintenance scheduling, SBs, ADs, CAMP, and Quantum system
- Knowledge of financial principles and margin tracking
- Customer-centric and results-driven mindset
- Compliance-driven with strong organizational skills
