Management Trainee

Responsibilities:

• Engage in various tracks including Corporate Strategy, Brand Management & Digital Marketing, Sales & eCommerce, Finance & Controlling, Supply Chain Management, HR, Digital & IT.
• Gain a holistic understanding of Beiersdorf’s operations and strategic directions.
• Lead projects, supported by a comprehensive mentoring program.

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in business administration, management, IT, or related fields.
• Passion for technology and digital innovation.
• Minimum 6 months of relevant internships.
• Minimum 6 months of international experience.
• Strong problem-solving skills and creativity.
• Exceptional communication and collaboration abilities.
• Fluency in English.
