Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute business growth and transformation strategies.
- Expand market presence beyond banking into FMCG, hospitality, healthcare, tech, and more.
- Lead business development, key client relationships, and revenue growth.
- Oversee budgeting, financial planning, and working capital management.
- Drive operational excellence, cost efficiency, and service standardization.
- Implement CRM tools and ensure organization-wide adoption.
- Foster a high-performance culture and lead a dynamic executive team.
Requirements:
- 10+ years’ work experience in senior leadership, with at least 5 years in signage, branding, construction, or related industries.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Proven track record in revenue growth and profitability with strong leadership, strategic planning, and business development expertise.
- Financial management, budgeting, cost control skills, excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management abilities.
- Applicant
should be willing and ready to travel across Nigeria.
