Job Summary

We are looking for Marketers to join our team. You will be responsible for organising promotional events such as trade shows and ensuring the prompt delivery of materials and products by coordinating with staff and working with advertising departments or agencies to increase customer acquisition.

  • Minimum Qualification : HND
  • Experience Level : Entry level
  • Experience Length : 2 years

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Communicating with senior management about existing and new marketing activities.
  • Organising promotional events such as trade shows and ensuring the prompt delivery of materials and products by coordinating with staff
  • Working with advertising departments or agencies to increase customer acquisition.
  • Meeting with potential clients face-to-face to promote the company’s services
  • Managing and creating appropriate content for a variety of channels.
  • Evaluating and improving marketing campaigns with possible solutions to fit within budgetary constraints.
  • Identifying and measuring marketing outcomes to increase the efficiency of marketing activities within the company.
  • Recruiting and training Marketing Assistants to assist with event coordination and sales.
  • Outstanding social media marketing skills for connecting with audiences and growing relationships with them;
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote company products or services
  • Conduct market research to identify potential customers and evaluate market trends
  • Prospecting Leads, Appointment setting
  • Market and consumer research to identify new customer/product opportunities.


Requirements:

  • 2 - 3 years of cognate experience as a Marketer
  • HND/B.Sc from any related field
  • Fantastic negotiating skills.
  • Excellent follow-up skills.
  • B2B and B2C experience.
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships
  • Strong IT skills
  • Excellent time-keeping and organizational skills
  • Soft sales skills: influencing and cross-selling
  • Trustworthiness


Location: Ikeja, Lagos

Remuneration: NGN 200,000 -250,000
