Marketer

Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell company products or services to new and existing customers
  
• Conduct market research to identify potential customers and business opportunities.
  
• Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers and clients.
• Organize and attend marketing events, campaigns, and promotions to increase brand awareness.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations to prospective clients.
• Maintain accurate records of sales, customer interactions, and feedback.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and new products or services.
• Collaborate with team members to improve marketing techniques and share new ideas.
• Assist in creating promotional materials such as flyers, brochures, and social media content

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales, marketing, or related fields.
• Minimum of S.S.C.E certificate (Senior Secondary School Certificate Examination).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers effectively.
• Persuasive ability and confidence in presenting products or services.
• Good organizational skills to manage leads, sales pipelines, and customer follow-ups.
• Basic understanding of sales strategies and marketing techniques.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve marketing goals.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Office, email) is an advantage.
• Willingness to travel or engage in fieldwork, depending on the marketing activities.
