Job Summary
We are seeking to hire a Marketing and Brand Communication Officer who will Assist in developing the company’s overall Marketing Brand, Media, and Public Relations Strategy in collaboration with the CEO and Brand Consultants.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Understand marketing goals and engage in research to gather relevant information, including competitor analysis, pricing strategies, and target markets.
- Assist in developing the company’s overall Marketing Brand, Media, and Public Relations Strategy in collaboration with the CEO and Brand Consultants.
- Plan weekly, monthly, and quarterly meetings to evaluate results, review budgets, and outline next steps.
- Assist in designing, planning, and coordinating interventions to enhance the Brand Image, Reputation, and Public Interest (including events, collaborations, ads, PR, promotions, and campaigns).
- Support in planning and executing PR plans and programs.
- Identify customer PR needs, such as corporate gifts and promotions.
- Champion consistency between the Company’s Culture and Brand Intent.
- Coordinate media strategies, collaborations, and activities across various channels (TV, print, social media).
- Lead social media branding and marketing strategy and execution.
- Design, plan, and execute events in partnership with the CEO and external parties (e.g., partners, consultants).
- Identify relevant events for the company to execute or sponsor.
- Assist in designing and executing targeted campaigns.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree with a Second Class Upper in any relevant field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience

Remuneration: NGN 300,000
