Job Summary

We at AA91 are looking to hire a professional marketer/sale personal that can develops and implement marketing strategies that will promotes products, and drives sales, also knowledgeable about market research, customer engagement, and managing sales campaigns. They build client relationships, analyze sales data, to achieve sales growth/target.

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

Market Research:

  • Conduct market analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
  • Use insights to inform marketing strategies and sales approaches.


Lead Generation:

  • Develop and implement strategies to attract potential customers.
  • Utilize various channels, including digital marketing, social media, and events, to generate leads.


Sales Strategy Development:

  • Create and execute sales plans to meet targets and drive revenue growth.
  • Adjust strategies based on performance data and market changes.


Customer Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and customers.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.


Product Promotion

  • Develop marketing campaigns to promote products and services
  • Use advertising, digital marketing, and other promotional tactics to increase visibility and sales.


Sales Presentations and Demonstrations:

  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations
  • Tailor presentations to address the specific needs and concerns of potential customers.


Negotiation and Closing

  • Negotiate terms and conditions with clients to secure sales agreements.
  • Close sales deals effectively and ensure all contractual obligations are met.


Sales Reporting:

  • Track and report on sales activities, performance metrics, and outcomes.
  • Use data to assess progress, identify areas for improvement, and inform decision-making.


Collaboration with Other Departments:

  • Work closely with marketing, product development, and customer service teams.
  • Ensure alignment of sales efforts with overall business objectives and customer needs.


Continuous Learning and Improvement:

  • Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and best practices.
  • Pursue professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.


Requirements

  • Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales, marketing, or a related role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with clients and team members
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills to effectively engage with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to analyse market trends, sales data, and customer feedback to inform strategies.
  • Proficiency in CRM software, digital marketing tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Knowledge of effective sales techniques, including negotiation, lead generation, and closing deals.
  • Strong customer service orientation with the ability to understand and meet customer needs.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing market conditions and business priorities.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
