Marketing Executive

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies and campaigns to
• promote our construction projects and real estate developments.
• Create engaging marketing collateral including brochures, flyers, presentations, and digital content, to showcase our projects and attract potential buyers or investors.
• Collaborate with the technical team to develop effective marketing tools to enhance brand visibility and generate leads
• Liaise with BDE on showcasing our products for online visibility
• Coordinate events, trade shows, and promotional activities to promote our projects and engage with potential clients, partners, and stakeholders.
• Analyze the performance of marketing strategy using key metrics and analytic tools and proffer data-driven recommendations for optimization and improvement.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and industry partners to support business development efforts and enhance our reputation in the market.
• Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in marketing and real estate to drive continuous improvement and innovation in our marketing efforts.
• Assist in the development of marketing budgets, track expenses, and ensure that marketing activities are aligned with business objectives and financial goals.

Requirements:

• Minimum academic qualification of Bachelor's degree in any discipline
• 3 years of working experience in Real Estate or Construction is an added advantage.
• Good communication skills in Oral and written with a persuasive mind
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
• Creative thinking with a keen eye for detail and design.

Remuneration: NGN 150,000
