Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies and campaigns to
- promote our construction projects and real estate developments.
- Create engaging marketing collateral including brochures, flyers, presentations, and digital content, to showcase our projects and attract potential buyers or investors.
- Collaborate with the technical team to develop effective marketing tools to enhance brand visibility and generate leads
- Liaise with BDE on showcasing our products for online visibility
- Coordinate events, trade shows, and promotional activities to promote our projects and engage with potential clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Analyze the performance of marketing strategy using key metrics and analytic tools and proffer data-driven recommendations for optimization and improvement.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and industry partners to support business development efforts and enhance our reputation in the market.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in marketing and real estate to drive continuous improvement and innovation in our marketing efforts.
- Assist in the development of marketing budgets, track expenses, and ensure that marketing activities are aligned with business objectives and financial goals.
Requirements:
- Minimum academic qualification of Bachelor's degree in any discipline
- 3 years of working experience in Real Estate or Construction is an added advantage.
- Good communication skills in Oral and written with a persuasive mind
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Creative thinking with a keen eye for detail and design.
