Job Summary

We are looking to hire a Marketing Executive who will be responsible for planning and achieving marketing and sales operational objectives by contributing marketing information, recommendations to strategic plans, and reviews. The Marketing officer sees the company’s marketing campaigns both internally and externally and plays a key part in communicating the organization.

  • Minimum Qualification : HND
  • Experience Level : Senior level
  • Experience Length : 5 years

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Develop marketing strategies and techniques approaches for brand or product.
  • Analyses trends, data, demographics, pricing strategies, and other information that can potentially improve marketing and sales performance.
  • Improves product market visibility, ability, and profitability by researching, identifying, and capitalizing on market opportunities.
  • Development and management of new and existing businesses
  • Accomplishes sales and marketing objectives by planning, developing, implementing, and evaluating advertising, merchandising, trade, and product promotion programs; developing field marketing and sales action plans.
  • Identifies marketing opportunities by identifying consumer requirements; defining market, competitor's share, competitor's strengths and weaknesses; forecasting projected business; establishing targeted market share. 
  • Creates and presents regular performance reports for managers and executives.
  • Focused on acquiring and retaining new customers through the management of all online and offline marketing programs.
  • Contract negotiations and ensuring claims compensation on behalf of clients
  • Arranging Insurance cover
  • Preparing reports for underwriters
  • Updating existing policies


Requirements:

  • First degree/HND in Marketing, Economics, and Arts 
  • Insurance professional certification
  • 5 years of experience in the marketing and sales of Insurance products
  • Strong analytical approach
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong negotiation skills and organizational skills
  • Must be goal-oriented

Remuneration: NGN 200,000
