Marketing Manager/Station Manager

Responsibilities:

• This position is reserved for those that have shown exceptional ability to lead, Control train and also monitor their Designated Direct Sales Executives Sales and output, they persuade their teams to bring in their best for the company’s growth.
• The job role is to ensure that we meets up with the Sales target of every month which has been set by the organization, they are responsible for  trainings, attending states functions, events , Prs, Medias outlets, Awards Nights, government invitations and any other Q and As which Enbridge pr services are invited.
• Responsible for disseminating Clients verdict to the Clients being successful or other wise.
• Also responsible for filing their clients documents and ensuring that all documents meets the standard specified by the organization, and in the case whereby any documents is not complete, it is their responsibility of returning back to the clients or directing the specified DSEs  to reach out to his or her clients to send the documents to the appropriate emails or designated persons, on No occasion should any BDMs be restricted to the clients which they are going to be attended to even if the clients is not directly under your BLOCKS, you are tasked to attend to this clients immediate needs because this could cause the Companies loss which we are all avoiding.
• The goal of Enbridge is to make more profit. It is also pertinent to notes that on no occasion should you take another Marketers Blocks clients so as not to cause chaos between staffs, and in a case which you are in doubt of anything always escalate to the next superior person in that Blocks or to the management.

Note: Comissions are paid based on hard work and how much you are able to help your DSEs and other BLOCKS Clients as this will not be taken for granted, it is even more rewarding to help others not in your blocks than those directly under your BLOCKS.
