Job Summary
We're looking for an energetic, organized people person that loves to connect with others. The Marketing & Publicity Coordinator will secure bartered marketing and promotional partners for client projects through cold calls, research, and relationship building. The Coordinator will assist with client campaigns, including report management, OOH campaigns, media plans, public relations, and influencer campaigns, while also supervising interns and performing additional tasks as needed.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities: This position reports to the Sr. Director of Marketing, Operations & Strategy
- Responsible for securing bartered marketing / promotional partners for our client projects, including:
- Cold calls, research, recaps, mailings, building new partner relationships, excel documents, mailing lists and more
- Building up databases for radio partners, digital media partners, podcasts, sports teams, and grassroots partners (comic book stores, surf shops, skate shops, coffee shops, etc) a projects require
- Work with Marketing Managers and Sr. Director of Marketing, Operations & Strategy to assist with client campaigns as needed, including but not limited to Report management, OOH campaigns, Media Plans, Public Relations, and Influencer Campaign
- Work with interns to assist with research and other daily activities
- Perform additional tasks as needed on a case-by-case basis
Requirements:
- At least 3 years experience in a marketing and / or publicity role
- Demonstrated experience meeting projected goals each week, on time
- Intermediate Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with Project Management or outreach (cold calling / email) a plus
- Ability to work EST
