Medical Service Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Support front-end sales to develop/maintain customer relationships and improve the project success rate, including but not limited to customer visits, product introductions, technical support, and participation in exhibitions.
• Machine maintenance for customers who have already made deals.
• Responsible for solving product technical problems, like troubleshooting medical machine
• Train the customer's engineers on the daily maintenance of the medical machine.
• Other tasks assigned by the superior from time to time.

Requirements:

• Biology/Medicine Engineering, medical testing, and other related majors
• Medical equipment repair and maintenance-related experience
• Basic English reading and communication skills
• Good communication and expression ability and teamwork ability, good service consciousness, and strong sense of responsibility;
• Passion for continuous learning of new technologies and products, able to keep abreast of the latest developments and trends in the medical device industry and apply them to actual technical support work.
