Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Create unique drinks and cocktails in accordance with customer's needs and preferences
- Stay updated on current mixology trends and skills
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Ensure compliance with all food and beverage regulations
- Interact with customers, take orders, and serve drinks
- Assess customers’ needs and preferences to make recommendations
- Check customers’ identification to ensure they meet the legal drinking age
- Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a mixologist, bartender, or a similar role
- Excellent knowledge of mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks
- Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
- Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked, and clean
- Relevant training certificate
