Night Club Manager

Responsibilities:

• Promoting the Club: Developing and implementing marketing strategies to attract patrons, including social media campaigns, advertising, and promotions.
• Overseeing Daily Operations: Ensuring the club runs smoothly from opening to closing, including managing staff schedules, coordinating events, and addressing any issues that arise.
• Staff Management: Hiring, training, and supervising staff, including PROs, party starters, bartenders, waiters, security, and other personnel.
• Inventory Management: Monitoring stock levels, ordering supplies, and ensuring efficient inventory control. 
• Event Planning: Organizing and coordinating events, including DJs, promotions, and entertainment, while negotiating fees and contracts.
• Customer Service: Addressing customer complaints and ensuring a positive experience for patrons. 
• Financial Management: Budgeting and Financial Planning: Developing and managing the club's budget, tracking expenses, and ensuring profitability.
• Payroll and Accounting: Handling payroll, paying accounts, and overseeing accounting procedures. 
• Ensuring Compliance: Adhering to all relevant laws and regulations, including those related to alcohol service, health and safety, and licensing.
• Safety and Security: Implementing and maintaining safety and security measures to ensure the well-being of patrons and staff. 
• Building Relationships: Networking with potential customers and building relationships with local businesses and media outlets. 

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of working experience
• BSc. Degree in a relevant course of study
