Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator who will manage daily office operations, support the management team, and ensure the efficient functioning of the office.

  • Minimum Qualification : HND
  • Experience Level : Mid level
  • Experience Length : 3 years

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Manage office supplies stock and place orders
  • Prepare regular reports on expenses and office budgets
  • Maintain and update company databases and policies as needed
  • Maintain a company calendar and schedule appointments
  • Distribute and store all necessary correspondence
  • Prepare reports and presentations with statistical data, as assigned
  • Arrange travel and accommodations
  • Assisting managers in compiling budget information and reports
  • Schedule in-house and external events
  • Handling of complaints and inquiries in a courteous, professional manner
  • Occasionally traveling off-site to deliver reports or files
  • Ensuring the confidentiality and security of files and filing systems
  • Coordinating schedules, arranging meetings, distributing memos and reports and ensuring that everyone is kept current of necessary company news and information
  • Operating copy equipment, fax machines, printers or other equipment necessary




Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
