Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Managing and maintaining the office environment, including supplies and equipment
  • Providing administrative support, such as answering phones, emails, and correspondence
  • Scheduling appointments, meetings, and events
  • Greeting visitors and clients
  • Data entry, filing, and record-keeping
  • Coordinating travel arrangements and meetings
  • Maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information

Requirements:
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
  • Proficiency in computers is an added advantage 
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
