Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Manage daily administrative tasks, including answering phones, managing schedules, and organizing meetings.
- Handle all incoming and outgoing correspondence (emails, phone calls, and mail).
- Maintain and organize office records and files.
- Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and documents.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure efficient workflow.
- Manage the company’s social media accounts, engage with clients, and promote company services online.
- Perform general office support and liaise with clients when necessary.
Requirements:
- Minimum of an OND in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to use social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn) for professional purposes.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in a similar role is an added advantage.
