Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily administrative tasks, including answering phones, managing schedules, and organizing meetings.
  • Handle all incoming and outgoing correspondence (emails, phone calls, and mail).
  • Maintain and organize office records and files.
  • Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and documents.
  • Coordinate with various departments to ensure efficient workflow.
  • Manage the company’s social media accounts, engage with clients, and promote company services online.
  • Perform general office support and liaise with clients when necessary.


Requirements:

  • Minimum of an OND in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to use social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn) for professional purposes.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Previous experience in a similar role is an added advantage.
