Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership & Innovation:
- Develop and implement creative strategies and innovative ideas to enhance services and drive business growth.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive positioning, pricing strategies, and new areas for expansion.
- Develop business models, business plans, and feasibility studies for new initiatives.
Business Development:
- Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities to expand the company’s client base and market share.
- Create and deliver compelling business proposals, presentations, and sales pitches.
- Drive sales promotions, marketing initiatives, and online branding efforts to enhance visibility and attract potential clients.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with partners, clients, and stakeholders to foster trust and collaboration.
Staff & Operations Management:
- Recruit, hire, and train qualified staff including stylists, trainers, therapists, and administrative personnel.
- Supervise and manage daily team operations, ensuring optimal performance and a positive work environment.
- Oversee office management tasks such as scheduling, inventory control, and administrative functions.
Client & Company Representation:
- Act as the face of Ellas Place at networking events, trade shows, and industry-related activities.
- Manage client relationships to ensure exceptional service and customer satisfaction.
- Represent the company with professionalism and integrity in all interactions.
Reporting & Performance Analysis:
- Write comprehensive reports and track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as revenue growth, market penetration, and client retention.
- Monitor and analyze business performance metrics, providing insights and actionable recommendations for continuous improvement.
Ethics & Professionalism:
- Uphold the highest standards of honesty, transparency, and ethical business practices.
- Demonstrate strong business acumen and a results-oriented mindset in all operations.
Requirements:
- 3 years of proven managerial experience in a gym, salon, spa, or similar service-oriented business.
- A female candidate is preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to recruit, manage, and lead diverse teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a talent for presenting ideas and persuading audiences.
- Strong strategic and analytical abilities, including market research and performance analysis.
- Proficiency in office management, report writing, and technical tools such as Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems.
- Entrepreneurial spirit with a proactive, innovative, and resourceful approach.
- Self-driven, adaptable, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment.
- A personal vehicle is preferred for ease of travel and client visits.
