Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
Backend Data Upload:
- Upload and manage product information on the backend of our e-commerce website(Wordpress).
- Ensure accuracy and consistency of data entry to maintain an updated online catalog.
Logistics Coordination:
- Arrange and coordinate logistics, including coordinating with courier services for deliveries and order fulfillments
- Track shipments and ensure timely and efficient delivery to customers.
Customer Liaison:
- Provide support to walk-in customers by addressing inquiries, assisting with purchases, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, or in-person interactions.
Support Operations Team:
- Collaborate with the operations team to streamline processes and enhance operational efficiency.
- Website(wordpress) maintenance
- Assist in identifying areas for improvement in backend operations and proposing solutions.
Requirements:
- ND holder in business management or a related discipline.
- Computer savvy with proficiency in MS Office Suite and data entry.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Location: The candidate should live in Ikeja and its environs.
Remuneration: NGN 50,000
