Operations Manager

Responsibilities:

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in senior leadership roles within the renewable energy, WASH, or clean energy sectors.
• Proven track record of operational excellence, including strategic planning, project management, and business development.
• Strong knowledge of clean energy solutions, especially biomass, renewable energy, and WASH products.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire diverse teams, foster collaboration, and drive innovation.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with a focus on sustainable growth and environmental responsibility.
• Experience working in fast-growing, dynamic environments, preferably within Nigeria or similar emerging markets.
• A degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Renewable Energy, Environmental Science, or a related field (MBA or similar advanced degree preferred).
