Operations Manager

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the company.
• Manage budgets, schedules, and resources to meet operational targets and project deadlines.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution and operational performance.
• Monitor system performance and implement strategies to maximize efficiency and energy output.
• Ensure compliance with all environmental, health, and safety regulations, as well as industry standards.
• Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Manage vendor relationships and oversee supply chain logistics.
• Analyze operational data and prepare regular performance reports for management.
• Lead, train, and motivate the operations team to achieve high performance.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in any related field.
• 3-5 years experience
• Proven experience in operations management, preferably in the renewable energy sector.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Proficiency in project management and operational tools.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel to project sites as needed.
