Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Create and schedule content for social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Ensure design and brand consistency in collaboration with the graphics team.
- Stay current with social media trends, tools, and best practices.
- Plan and execute campaigns to drive engagement and growth.
- Develop and manage strategies to enhance brand awareness.
- Analyze metrics and adjust strategies to improve performance.
- Monitor competitors and industry trends for content insights.
- Manage advertising budgets and optimize campaigns.
- Coordinate with other departments to align social media efforts.
- Report on performance to stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Degree, HND, or OND holder
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in relevant social media platforms and tools.
- Creative thinking with the ability to generate innovative content ideas.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Basic graphic design skills are a plus.
