Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor ingredient levels and order necessary supplies to maintain adequate stock.
  • Properly store ingredients and baked goods to ensure freshness and quality.
  • Maintain a clean and sanitary work area.
  • Following all food safety regulations.
  • Operate and maintain kitchen equipment properly.
  • Train and supervise junior pastry cooks
  • Mixing batter, shaping dough, and baking pastries according to established recipes. 
  • Adding finishing touches like icing, frosting, glazes, and garnishes to enhance the presentation of pastries. 
  • Ordering and maintaining inventory of baking ingredients and supplies. 
  • Creating new pastry recipes


Requirements:

  • 1 year experience
  • Minimum of SSCE
