We are seeking a skilled Pastry Chef to join our team. He or she will collaborate with the team to create a delicious menu with strong attention to details and time management.

  • Working Hours : Full Time

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Must maintain high quality standards in food preparation and managing the Kitchen
  • Organize, Train and Motivate kitchen staff
  • Develop menus in line with customer type and within available resources.
  • Maintain and exhibit a culture of cleanliness within and outside the premises.
  • Maintain consistency in taste, texture and presentation
  • Control cost and minimize waste.
  • Ensure proper storage of ingredients and finished products.
  • Train aspiring Chefs
  • Fulfil financial returns expected from the business


Requirements:

  • A degree or diploma in culinary education (with three years of work experience). Or Secondary School certificate (with seven years work experience in not more than two organizations)
  • Must exude a culture of cleanliness at all times
  • Must be experienced in pastry production
  • Must be Alpha Numeric 
  • Must be able to handle pressure 
  • Strong communication skills is critical for this position
