Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Manage scheduling for company executive(s)
  • Draft, review, and send communications on behalf of company executive(s)
  • Organize and prepare for meetings, including gathering documents and attending to logistics of meetings
  • Answer and respond to phone calls, communicate messages and information to the executive
  • Prioritize emails and respond when necessary
  • Coordinate travel arrangements
  • Maintain various records and documents for company executive(s)


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 3-5 years of prior experience in supporting a senior executive or team
  • Excellent computer skills, including the Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills
  • Fluent in English and at least one additional native language (e.g., Yoruba, Hausa) or a foreign language (e.g., French, Arabic)
  • Proficient in computer applications and technology; strong computing skills required
  • International Passport: Available and active
  • Time-management skills
  • Ability to pay attention to detail
  • Organization and Interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask
  • Age Range: 25-45
  • Gender: Female

Compensation:

  • Base Salary: 200,000
  • Bonus: 5% on supervised closed deals
  • Additional: Residual deals and retail deals
