We are looking for a Personal Assistant to the Brand Manager who will be able to provide administrative support to the Brand Manager. As the Personal Assistant to the Brand Manager, you will play a key role in managing administrative tasks and organizing workflow. You will support internal operations and assist the execution of brand partnerships and strategy.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Manage schedules, workflow, and communications.
- Prepare detailed performance reports and proposals for brand inquiries and partnerships.
- Assist in executing brand initiatives and logistics for brand activities.
- Support social media strategies by coordinating content and tracking engagement.
- Attend on-site engagements as needed.
Requirements:
- Experience as a personal assistant or in an administrative role, preferably within entertainment or brand management.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient with Google Workspace and familiar with social media platforms and management tools.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Flexibility for remote work and occasional on-site responsibilities.
