Job Summary
We are looking to hire a Personal Assistant to interior designer, a young, driven independent individual with natural problem-solving abilities. The ideal candidate must be extremely organized & technologically savy with the ability to think on their feet, to support a dynamic interior designer with daily tasks and project management. This role will involve administrative duties, client communications, scheduling, and project coordination. The ideal candidate will have a passion for interior design & be highly detail-oriented.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Manage and organize the designer's calendar and appointments
- Assist in project coordination, including liaising with vendors, clients, and contractors
- Handle email correspondence and phone communications professionally
- Organize and maintain project documentation and client files
- Assist with sourcing and ordering materials as per project needs
- Research design trends and materials to support ongoing projects
- Attend client meetings and site visits as needed
Requirements:
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Familiarity with design software like AutoCAD or SketchUp is a plus
- Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality
