Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Manage the daily schedule, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Handle correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and messages.
- Organise meetings and prepare necessary documents or materials.
- Run personal errands and coordinate household or business tasks.
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions.
Requirements:
- 2-3 years of proven experience as a Personal Assistant or similar role.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office or other relevant software.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
- Age range between 23 - 28
Location: Lagos
Remuneration: NGN 150,000 - 200,000 Net
