Job Description/Requirements
- Managing work calendar coordination for the CEO.
- Scheduling, time management and keeping tabs on all CEO appointments.
- Drafting letters and management of (email or other) correspondence.
- Compiling data and preparing Excel sheet for CEO in an easy to read and understand format.
- Keeping track of deals and processing deal expense claims on behalf of the CEO for (client) business travels and assignments.
- Tracking and oversight for all projects executed by or on behalf of the CEO.
- Managing travel arrangements for the CEO from flight bookings to chauffeur, accommodation and other logistics.
- Record keeping and contact database management for the CEO.
- Reviewing documents for CEO with a fine-tooth comb, ensuring zero grammatical or typographical errors.
- Managing CEO’s business contacts, establishing and maintaining an effective network of contacts on CEO’s behalf, screening, tracking enquiries and ensuring attention to priority issues.
- Maintaining and protecting operations by keeping sensitive information confidential.
- Other assignments as assigned by the CEO.
- 5 - 7 years as a personal/executive assistant
- BA or B.Sc in any discipline
- The ideal individual for this role will possess a polished, corporate appearance, exceptional written communication and administrative skill
