Our client is a leading Plastic manufacturer in West Africa.
Responsibilities:
Evaluating and analyzing the effectiveness, efficiency, and compliance of the production processes within a manufacturing facility. Reviewing the design, implementation, and maintenance of the processes to ensure they meet established quality, safety, and regulatory standards. Identify any areas for improvement, non-conformances, and potential risks. Responsible for testing and monitoring the production processes to ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and industry standards. Identifying and analyzing process bottlenecks Evaluating the performance of the process Identifying process improvement opportunities Verifying the implementation of process changes Collaborating with other departments to implement the process changes. Creating and maintaining process documentation Communicating and reporting the audit results to management. Obtain, analyze, and evaluate accounting documentation, previous reports, data, flowcharts etc. Engage to continuous knowledge development regarding sector’s rules, regulations, best practices, tools, techniques, and performance standards. Helps ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Helps improve overall productivity. Candidate Profile:
5+ years of internal audit experience in a manufacturing organization. Candidate needs to have a deep understanding of manufacturing process, quality management and regulatory requirements. Extensive experience with understanding business processes and controls.
