Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for payment solutions, from ideation to execution, ensuring alignment with the company’s strategic goals and customer needs.
  • Define and prioritize product roadmaps based on customer insights, market trends, and business objectives, with a focus on enhancing payment experiences and driving adoption.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Engineering, UX/UI, Compliance, Operations, and Marketing) to deliver high-quality payment products and features that meet regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for innovation in payment processing, fraud prevention, and customer experience.
  • Develop and track key product metrics (e.g., transaction success rates, fraud rates, customer satisfaction, and revenue growth) to measure the impact of payment solutions and inform future iterations.
  • Ensure seamless integration of payment products with existing systems, third-party APIs, and banking infrastructure, while maintaining high standards of reliability, security, and scalability.
  • Represent the voice of the customer throughout the product development process, ensuring that solutions are intuitive, secure, and meet the needs of both B2B and B2C users.
  • Manage stakeholder communication by providing regular updates on product progress, risks, and opportunities to senior leadership and external partners.
  • Drive adoption and engagement of payment products through effective go-to-market strategies, user education, and continuous improvement based on feedback.


Requirements:

  • 3+ years as a Product Manager in FinTech, payment processing, or financial services (required).
  • Experience with B2B and B2C payment solutions is highly preferred.
  • Customer-centric mindset: Passionate about solving customer pain points and delivering seamless payment experiences.
  • Analytical and data-driven: Ability to leverage data to inform product decisions and measure success.
  • Strong leadership and collaboration skills: Able to lead cross-functional teams and work effectively with stakeholders across different geographies and cultures.
  • Innovative problem solver: Relentlessly resourceful and creative in addressing challenges in the payment space.
  • High-risk tolerance: Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment with a focus on delivering impactful results.
  • Self-driven and proactive: Takes ownership of projects and drives them to completion with minimal supervision.
  • Industry expertise: Deep understanding of payment trends, technologies, and regulatory requirements.
  • Agile and iterative approach: Constantly tests, learns, and iterates based on user feedback and market changes.
