Product/Project Manager Facilitator

Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver comprehensive training content that covers essential project and product management principles, methodologies (like Agile and Scrum), and best practices.
• Facilitate interactive workshops, simulations, and group discussions in a virtual environment.
• Mentor participants, providing expert guidance and feedback to enhance their project and product management capabilities.
• Assess participant progress through regular evaluations, case studies, and project work, providing constructive feedback to help them meet and exceed performance standards.
• Continuously update training materials based on the latest trends, technologies, and practices in project and product management to keep the curriculum relevant and effective.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2-3 years of professional experience in project management or product management.
• Proven ability to create and deliver effective project/product management training content.
• Strong knowledge of project management tools (like JIRA, Asana, or Trello), methodologies, and product lifecycle management.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage and inspire learners.
• Comfortable using and teaching with digital tools and platforms
• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate learners.
• Minimum Academic Qualification: OND
• A professional certificate in Project Management is a plus

Remuneration: NGN 400,000 - NGN 900,000
