We are seeking to hire a Project Architect who will be responsible for leading and managing architectural projects from conception through completion.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Lead architectural design and project management efforts.
- Develop and present project proposals, including plans, specifications, and cost estimates.
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project success.
- Oversee the preparation of detailed drawings, models, and visualizations.
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and sustainability standards.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.
- Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress and quality of work.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior architects and design team members.
Requirements:
- Minimum of BSc/HND in Architecture.
- Proficiency in architectural software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, etc.).
- Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and sustainability practices.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work under tight deadlines.
- Creative problem-solving skills and attention to detail
