Our client in the building and construction industry is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Architect to deliver innovative and sustainable architectural solutions. The Project Architect will be responsible for leading and managing architectural projects from conception through completion.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Lead architectural design and project management efforts.
- Develop and present project proposals, including plans, specifications, and cost estimates.
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project success.
- Oversee the preparation of detailed drawings, models, and visualisations.
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and sustainability standards.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.
- Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress and quality of work.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior architects and design team members.
Requirement:
- Minimum academic qualification of BSc/HND in Architecture.
- Licensed Architect with a minimum of 2 years experience in project management and architectural design.
- Proficiency in architectural software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, etc.).
- Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and sustainability practices.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work under tight deadlines.
- Creative problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
