Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day quality control operations within the bottling facility.
- Monitor all stages of the production process, including raw material inspections, in-process testing, and final product evaluations.
- Ensure that finished products comply with company specifications, regulatory guidelines, and industry standards.
- Conduct regular quality audits to ensure adherence to quality control procedures and best practices.
- Ensure proper documentation of quality control tests and results for traceability and compliance.
- Implement and oversee testing procedures for raw materials, in-process items, and finished goods to ensure product quality.
- Analyze laboratory results and product samples to verify that the products meet safety, quality, and consistency standards.
- Develop and validate testing methods for new products, materials, and production processes.
- Identify and resolve any quality-related issues or product defects during the production process.
Requirements:
- 3 years experience
- HND/Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Chemistry, Biology or a related field.
- Professional certifications in quality management (e.g. Six Sigma ISO 9001) are a plus.
