Quality Control Manager

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement quality control procedures: Establish and maintain quality control processes to ensure products meet the required standards.
• Conduct audits and inspections: Perform regular audits and inspections to identify quality issues and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with production teams: Work with production teams to identify and resolve quality issues, and provide training on quality control procedures.
• Analyze quality data: Analyze quality data to identify trends and areas for improvement, and develop strategies to address quality issues.
• Develop and manage quality metrics: Establish and track quality metrics, such as defect rates and customer satisfaction, to measure the effectiveness of quality control processes.
• Manage quality control team: Supervise and manage a team of quality control inspectors and technicians, providing guidance and training as needed.
• ⁠Communicate with stakeholders: Communicate quality control issues and results to stakeholders, including production teams, management, and customers.
• Stay up-to-date with regulatory requirements: Stay current with changing regulatory requirements and ensure that quality control processes comply with relevant laws and regulations.

Requirements:

• ⁠Bachelor's degree in a relevant field:  such as quality management, business management..
• Minimum 5 years of experience in quality control or a related field, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or management role.
• Quality control certification: Certification in quality control, such as CQE (Certified Quality Engineer) or CQA (Certified Quality Auditor).
• ⁠Strong analytical and problem-solving skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and develop effective solutions.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team of quality control professionals.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master's degree in a relevant field: Master's degree in a field such as quality management or business management.
• ⁠Experience with quality management software.
• Experience in a regulated industry: Experience working in a regulated industry, such as food processing, pharmaceuticals, or medical devices.
