Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Keep abreast of the hottest real estate listings by on-site searches for new property listings
- Visiting residential properties to conduct comprehensive compliance inspections
- Regular communication with developers to get the best prices
- Identifying safety hazards and structural defects on the interior and exterior of the properties.
- Communicating with realtors, developers, or potential buyers to facilitate repairs and improvements.
- Relaying detailed inspection findings to superiors promptly.
- Documenting processes and maintaining records.
- Conduct market analysis to ensure listing prices are well-researched
- Interact with clients professionally at all times.
- Keep a record of visits
- Take photos of the listed property
Requirements:
- 2 years experience
- HND/Degree in a related field
