Responsibilities:
  • Maintaining professional correspondence with customers, suppliers, and partners

  • Overseeing administrative functions, ordering supplies, and coordinating meetings
  • Typing letters and reports, and updating computer records
  • Preparing, organizing, and storing information in paper and digital form
  • Scheduling meetings and booking rooms
  • Arranging travel and accommodation
  • Arranging post and deliveries
  • Taking minutes at meetings
  • Liaising with suppliers, contractors


Requirements:

  • 2 years experience
  • Degree in a related field
