Job Description/Requirements
- Welcome and assist visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Direct them to the appropriate person or department.
- Answer and route phone calls, take messages and handle inquiries with accuracy and professionalism.
- Perform clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and managing office supplies.
- Prepare and distribute correspondence as needed.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and conference room bookings.
- Receive, sort, and distribute incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Keep accurate records of visitor logs and ensure confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable.
- Report any issues or maintenance needs to the appropriate personnel.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing and resolving visitor and caller inquiries and concerns.
Requirements:
- Must have an SSCE
- Must be Neat and presentable
- Must have good communication skills
- Must know how to read and write fluently
- Must be living within or around Elimgbu
