Job Description/Requirements
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent across the region.
- Oversee job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, and selection processes.
- Implement best practices for structured interviews and competency-based hiring
- Serve as the hiring point of contact for employees within the region, addressing concerns and resolving conflicts.
- Foster a positive workplace culture through engagement programs and employee well-being initiatives.
- Identify training needs and coordinate development programs to enhance employee skills.
- Handle disciplinary actions and grievance procedures in accordance with company guidelines.
- Work closely with regional leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience as an HR is required
- BSc. Degree in a relevant course of study
