Job Description/Requirements

  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent across the region.
  • Oversee job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, and selection processes.
  • Implement best practices for structured interviews and competency-based hiring
  • Serve as the hiring point of contact for employees within the region, addressing concerns and resolving conflicts.
  • Foster a positive workplace culture through engagement programs and employee well-being initiatives.
  • Identify training needs and coordinate development programs to enhance employee skills.
  • Handle disciplinary actions and grievance procedures in accordance with company guidelines.
  • Work closely with regional leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives.


Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience as an HR is required
  • BSc. Degree in a relevant course of study
