Job Summary

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Regional Sales Manager at FPG Technologies and Solutions. The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies and cultivating relationships with clients. This role will involve working and covering Abuja and all North Regions.

  • Minimum Qualification : Degree
  • Experience Level : Senior level
  • Experience Length : 5 years

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to the organization’s success by expanding our customer base and achieving sales quotas for specific districts of our company through planning, budgeting, and overseeing different initiatives or projects of a business.
  • Monitors the progress and completion of assigned projects and ensures that they meet the expectations of the clients. also, respond to RFPs/RFQs.

 

Requirements:

  • A bachelor’s degree in any of the following fields: Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Electrical Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science or closely related fields
  • A master’s degree in any of the above or related fields will be an added advantage.
  • Possession of relevant IT certifications is also a plus.
  • A minimum of 7 -10 years experience as a Technology Sales personnel in the IT Solutions and Services sector.
  • Sales Strategy Development, Team Management, and Client Relationship Building skills
  • Experience in Information Technology sales and solutions
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to analyze market trends and customer needs
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools
  • Strong leadership and decision-making abilities
  • Must possess a minimum of 5 years' of  proven record of accomplishment, selling Enterprise IT Security, Cloud, Infrastructure & Mobility Solutions in Nigeria.
