Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute regional recruitment strategies aligned with overall organizational goals.
- Source, screen, and interview candidates across various functions and levels.
- Utilize a mix of channels to attract qualified talent.
- Partner with regional business leaders to understand staffing needs and talent gaps.
- Enhance the organization's employer brand through regional events, career fairs, and online presence.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing timely feedback and clear communication throughout the recruitment process.
- Develop and maintain talent pools for critical roles to support future hiring needs
- Prepare regular reports on hiring progress, cost-per-hire, time-to-fill, and other KPIs.
- Use insights to continuously improve recruitment processes and outcomes.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of working experience in this field or a similar role
- BSc. Degree in a relevant course of study
