Research Analyst

Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough research on healthcare trends, market dynamics, and regulatory changes.
• Analyze data related to patient outcomes, healthcare services, and operational efficiency.
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations on findings for stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support data-driven decision-making.
• Monitor and assess the impact of industry innovations and new medical technologies.
• Develop surveys, gather primary data, and work with secondary data sources to support research initiatives.
• Assist in forecasting trends and providing insights for strategic planning in the healthcare field.
• Stay updated with the latest developments in healthcare policies, regulations, and innovations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Health Sciences, Economics, Statistics, or a related field.
• Advanced proficiency in data analysis software (e.g., Power BI, SQL, etc.)
• A minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in a research or analytical role, preferably within the healthcare sector.
• Experience working with large datasets, conducting statistical analyses, and generating insights from complex data.
• Familiarity with healthcare regulations, and market research would be an advantage.
• Excellent research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present information.
