We seek a Sales and Admin Officer in Ibeju-Lekki to handle administrative tasks, customer coordination, and sales record management for our client. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and skilled in multitasking and communication. This role requires efficiency, accuracy, and strong customer service abilities.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Manage property listings, ensuring accuracy and updates.
- Coordinate appointments, viewings, and inspections with clients and the marketing team.
- Update and maintain sales databases and CRM systems, including deal creation, cancellation, and client records.
- Prepare and organize allocation, sales, and acquisition documents for Harmony Gardens.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations by filing real estate contracts and agreements accurately.
- Collaborate with the Sales, HR/Admin, and Accounting teams to maintain efficient sales records.
- Resolve issues related to deal discrepancies and monitor deadlines, defaults, and sales offers.
- Provide general administrative support to the HR/Admin Manager, Sales & Marketing Manager, and COO.
Requirements:
- 2 years experience
- Minimum of HND
