Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage potential clients through strategic outreach and growth techniques.
- Conduct compelling demos or presentations tailored to each company’s unique offerings.
- Drive the entire sales process, ensuring efficient onboarding for new clients.
- Collaborate with marketing to optimize lead generation and conversion strategies.
- Meet and exceed sales targets, contributing to the aggressive growth goals of the respective company.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably with a background in SaaS, AI, automation, or hospitality services.
- Strong track record of driving growth and achieving sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Growth-oriented mindset with the ability to innovate and adapt in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Self-starter with a goal-oriented approach, eager to make a significant impact.
Remuneration: NGN 800,000 -1,200,000
Salary Structure: Bi-weekly
