We are recruiting for three dynamic Business development Manager to join innovative teams across different sectors. Each role is tailored to a specific company focus, but all share the core responsibility of driving customer acquisition, executing engaging demos, and closing deals.

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and engage potential clients through strategic outreach and growth techniques.
  • Conduct compelling demos or presentations tailored to each company’s unique offerings.
  • Drive the entire sales process, ensuring efficient onboarding for new clients.
  • Collaborate with marketing to optimize lead generation and conversion strategies.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets, contributing to the aggressive growth goals of the respective company.


Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably with a background in SaaS, AI, automation, or hospitality services.
  • Strong track record of driving growth and achieving sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Growth-oriented mindset with the ability to innovate and adapt in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Self-starter with a goal-oriented approach, eager to make a significant impact.



Remuneration: NGN 800,000 -1,200,000 

Salary Structure: Bi-weekly
